Customer case: Less downtime, more efficiency thanks to smart adjustments to cutting set

Our collaboration always starts with listening and watching. In this case, our specialists have extensively analyzed the situation on site. We investigated the technical structure of the vacuum filler, the composition of the product and the production process. We looked specifically at the cause of the fat accumulation and the influence on the total line. Our expertise in both machine parts and process optimization enabled us to map out the problem in detail.

After the analysis, we developed a targeted solution, fully tailored to the customer’s situation. We have adjusted two important parameters in the cutting set, combined with smart technical modifications to specific parts. We make use of our extensive knowledge of wearing parts and custom components. Thanks to our internal product development and short lines of communication, we were able to test prototypes quickly. The goal: less fat accumulation, less downtime and a more efficient process, without compromising on product quality. Everything was tailored in detail to the customer’s existing production environment.

Testing, monitoring and securing results

The first test results spoke for themselves: the fat deposits in the machine were minimal right from the start. After further optimization, our customer has been able to run production smoothly, without unplanned cleaning stops. By actively monitoring the process and supporting the customer during the implementation, we have structurally secured the result. The effect is clear: at least one hour less downtime per day, less waste and an even better end product. In this way, together with our customers, we ensure lasting improvements and maximum efficiency in daily production.
